Guys,
I was listening on my way in to work this morning, travelling along the 401 Westbound across the top of Toronto, when the call cut out on Barry after the almost 40 minute preshow. I nearly crashed the car because I was laughing so freaking hard!
Good choice leaving it all uncut!
Great to hear you guys.
BTW, day 2 of week 1 of my Couch to 5 k is complete and I’m feeling good. No heart explosions yet! Just a slightly sore right shin that I am hoping proper fitting shoes will fix as well as a bit of technique tweaking…. or is that twerking?
Now back to finish listening to the episode.
Yep, perfect timing on Hangout’s part. Or as we like to call it, Google Hangup. It still beats Skype and their constant app tweaking… Or is that twerking?
Oh, and congrats on the C25K! Keep it up! You will feel better. Don’t worry about speed, just do it. I actually run about a 14 minute mile. I can almost walk faster than that!
So, where are the comments posted?
They should all be there. It’s like a puzzle to find them. I’m looking into making them easier to find. I added a comments link table on the right of the website.
See, I can find the comments, as I am posting a comment. It is sort of a meta thing……
I thought it was a blind thing because if so i’m offended?
@Dave I think they are too drunk to read. Hence the 30 min “pre” show.
Oh, we always have 30 minute preshows. I usually just grab a highlite for the actual show. Someday I’ll post the postshow too.
Time for a canadian joke.
Bevi break with Barry J and Sue Ann McJoel.

LOL! Bevi Break – Keep drunk and have fun!
That should be the late night qrm moto
Bevi break….. Did someone say bevi break…? Well now I’m thirsty! Crown-n-Coke with my Scrambled eggs and toast for breakfast sounds yummy!
Well Yooper most wind turbine systems in major urban areas (like the few we have in Toronto) are set so that rpm matches the slowest flying speed of the slowest type/ species of birds so it’s almost impossible for a bird to be killed by an electric wind turbines.
Except for the Darwin Challenged ones.
So how does one get onto late night QRM?
Ya know, just asking…… for a friend
Funny, you ask that. I am looking into possibly using Hangout Live. It would give me a much needed backup recording, plus it would allow people to listen… dare I say watch? us record the podcast live. It would also let us have guests.
you could go with xsplit if you had 14.50 each. it gives you video functionality and latency magement which is nice for video. Plus it’s designed for gamming live streaming so…live ingress stream?
1) I want to push this episode to 20 comments (more to follow)
2) will there be an episode this week?
I bet you can’t…. wait… DAMN IT!
I’ve been busy this week with all the running and the working and the day trips to the North End of Boston (my wife made me do it) (but I captured some nice unique portals) (and had some great Italian food) (why am I writing everything in parentheses?) I will get the new episode out tomorrow.
That was 21….Wasn’t it?…. DAMN!
(Which makes this 22… DAMN IT!)
